What is QHHT®?

A method developed over
five decades of practice.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® — known as QHHT® — was developed by author and past-life regression practitioner Dolores Cannon. Over fifty years of practice, she refined a method of guided hypnosis that takes clients into the deepest level of trance — the Somnambulistic state — where the subconscious mind can be directly accessed.

In this state, clients can explore past lives, connect with what Dolores called the Higher Self or Subconscious, receive guidance on life purpose and health, and experience profound healing — often in a single session.

Pre-Session Interview

The practitioner begins with an in-depth conversation — understanding the client's life, their questions, and what they're seeking clarity or healing around.

Past Life Exploration

The client is guided into deep hypnosis where they explore past lives relevant to their current circumstances — gaining insight into patterns, relationships, and purpose.

Higher Self Connection

The practitioner then connects with the client's Higher Self — the part that holds all knowledge and wisdom — to answer questions and facilitate healing where appropriate.

QHHT® sessions are conducted strictly in person. They typically last anywhere between 4 to 5 hours.
