Why Elevare Was Born

The inner work is profound.
The infrastructure rarely matches it.

After years of studying and practising across multiple modalities — and watching how few training programs offered real depth, ethics, or a coherent path — Kavita Chandane founded Elevare Inner Studies to fill that gap.

Not another collection of courses. Not a platform built around a single personality. But a school — with methodology, standards, and room to grow beyond any one teacher.

Elevare exists so that the people drawn to this work have somewhere worthy to learn it.

From Wall Street
to the Subconscious Mind

Kavita Chandane brings a rare combination to her work: over 22 years leading transformation and technology initiatives across wealth management and trading platforms at firms including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Citibank — paired with deep training in the methodologies that work directly with the subconscious mind.

That experience shapes how she approaches transformation today: with structure, precision, and a results orientation that's uncommon in this field.

The Journey

What led her here

But over years of leading high-stakes change initiatives, Kavita kept observing something strategy alone couldn't explain: the patterns that quietly determine whether people, teams, and leaders break through — or stay stuck — operate beneath conscious awareness. That observation sent her on a personal journey into the subconscious mind, and eventually into a second career dedicated to this work.

Today, Kavita is a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®) Level 2 Practitioner, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, a certified Akashic Records Reader and Teacher, and a certified Pranic Healer. She is also the creator of The Observer Method™ (Observer Method™) — her own method, built around a three-part framework (Pattern, Perspective, Program) and the Observer Method, designed to create a complete reset and a clear, practical shift in a single focused session.

Through QHHT®, Kavita guides clients into a deeply relaxed state to access the subconscious, dissolve inner barriers, and uncover the clarity needed for real change. Through the Observer Method™, she helps clients — particularly professionals and high achievers — reset the specific patterns holding them back. And through her Akashic Records work, she offers readings and trains others to access this wisdom themselves through Elevare Inner Studies.
