Kavita Chandane

Kavita Chandane brings over 22 years of leadership experience across global financial institutions — Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and Citibank — combined with deep training in consciousness-based transformational modalities.


She is a certified QHHT® Level 2 Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Akashic Records Reader and Teacher, Pranic Healer, and the creator of Observer Method™. Elevare Inner Studies is the institutional expression of her work — a school built to outlast any single teacher.
